As the Senior Marketing, you will be crucial in executing marketing strategies that align with ITG’s brand vision and business objectives.
Your primary focus will be on implementing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives while also ensuring the integration of traditional marketing channels. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communication Manager to bring our campaigns to life, driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Responsibilities:

Execution of Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

- Contribute to implementing marketing campaigns that combine digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Ensure all marketing efforts are consistent with ITG’s brand strategy and contribute to business goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform campaign execution.

Digital Marketing:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, SEO, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Optimize the company’s digital presence and ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Traditional Marketing Support:

- Assist in the execution of traditional marketing activities such as print advertising, events, and public relations.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality marketing materials.
- Promote ITG’s image on a local, regional, and international level through well-suited media outlets consistent with the company’s mission and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain good working relations with the media, including local, regional, and international newspapers, magazines, radio, and television.
- Integrate traditional marketing efforts with digital campaigns to create a unified brand experience.

Content Development and Collaboration:

- Produce engaging and relevant content that supports marketing initiatives.
- Ensure content is tailored to the needs of different marketing channels and audiences.
- Prepare presale materials and project presentations.
- Monitor local and international media pertaining to competition and investment-related news releases and blogs.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure marketing initiatives support departmental goals.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively.
- Provide input and support to junior marketing team members as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Proven experience in executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing software and tools, including SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Full fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in branding is a plus.
