Integrated Technology Group (ITG) is seeking ERP Implementation Specialists in (Amman - Jordan).
ERP Implementation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. as well as playing a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment, configuration, and integration of the ERP software to meet our clients’ business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translating them into functional requirements for the ERP system.
- System Configuration: configuring the ERP software according to the specific business processes and workflows of ITG.
- Data Migration: planning and executing the migration of data from legacy systems to the new ERP system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- System Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of the ERP system to identify and resolve any functional or technical issues before going live.
- User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proper utilization of the ERP system and maximize its benefits.
- Change Management: managing the change process associated with ERP implementation, including addressing user concerns, managing resistance, and promoting user adoption.
- Troubleshooting & Support: assisting users in resolving technical issues, investigating system errors, and providing ongoing support post-implementation.
- Collaboration: working closely with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with existing systems and processes.
- Documentation: creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting enhancements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP system.

Qualifications and Experience:
