Responsibilities:

  • Execution of Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

Responsibilities:

  • Produce user guides, guidelines, and training materials for desktop, mobile, and web-enabled applications in various languages, primarily Arabic and English. Formats include documents, PDFs, online help files, HTML, and videos.
  • Proofread guides to track incorrect statements, alert messages, instructions, and spelling mistakes available, and suggest corrections.

A Professional Services Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Professional Service Engineers to become highly proficient in product use, product deployments and the resolution of technical support issues. Provides subject matter, business-process expertise, and technical leadership.  

Responsibilities:

Oversee onsite and remote setup, installation, configuration, and training of ITG Software products. 

Act as a technical reference in all areas of the product features and client business processes.
