ITG is looking for a Compliance ISO Specialist in Amman, Jordan, The Compliance ISO Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring that ITG follows established ISO standards and regulations. This position is integral to maintaining the company’s commitment to quality and compliance. The specialist will conduct thorough audits, implement robust compliance procedures, and accurately maintain documentation to meet ISO requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Internal Audits:

  Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards. Identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address any deficiencies.

• Documentation Management:

  Develop, update, and maintain ISO-compliant documentation, including custom templates. Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

• Employee Training:
  

  Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on ISO requirements. Provide ongoing support to ensure all staff know about compliance standards and procedures.

• External Audit Support:

  Assist in preparing for and facilitating external audits. Ensure that all necessary documentation and processes are in place to meet external audit requirements.

• Compliance Monitoring:

  Continuously monitor compliance performance across the organization. Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance processes.

• Regulatory Updates:

  Stay abreast of changes in ISO standards and regulations. Ensure that the organization is always in compliance with the latest requirements.

 

Required Skills:

• ISO Standards Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards. Ability to interpret and apply these standards within the organization.

• Analytical Skills:
  

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to assess complex situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.

• Attention to Detail:
  

  High level of attention to detail. Ability to ensure accuracy and completeness in all aspects of compliance documentation and processes.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Background:

  Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or additional certifications in related areas are a plus.

• Professional Experience:

  2-4 years of experience in quality management and ISO compliance. Demonstrated experience in conducting audits and managing compliance documentation.

• Certifications:

  ISO 9001/27001 Lead Auditor certification is highly desirable. Additional certifications in related areas will be considered an asset.
