and Distance Education, eLi 2011 focuses on the examination of new visions and successful international experience. The aim is to authenticate e-learning in educational institutions and to support the wider goals for development and contribute to the promotion of more partnership and valuable cooperation between the public and private sectors. This conference is expected to highlight the next level in the advancement and the latest developments in e-learning and distance education.
