Jordanian company Integrated Technology Group signs a Memorandum of Understanding in Malaysia for the establishment of “ITG Asia” during the Jordan Business Forum-Malaysia
As part of its expansion strategy into various global markets, Jordanian company Integrated Technology Group (ITG) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding on May 15, 2008, with Malaysian company Zedcom Technologies Sdn Bhd, and Malaysia’s Pernec Corporation Berhad, during the Jordan Business Forum – Malaysia.
The purpose of this agreement is to establish ITG Asia together with the Malaysian company Zedcom Technologies, which will handle ITG’s business development activities in the South-East Asia region in areas related to ITG’s award winning e-Learning Solution EduWave®, and Government Resource Planning Solution WaveGRP®; in addition to the collaboration with Malaysia’s Pernec Corporation and its appointment as an authorized reseller for ITG’s products in Malaysia.
Integrated Technology Group is a leading provider of IT solutions and technologies, and is specialized in the fields of education and enterprise/government resource planning, with deployments in the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and the US, and a strong partners network that covers over 20 countries worldwide. Through local professionals and business development support, the ITG Asia division will be responsible for serving customers within the South East Asia markets.

We will work together with our partners and resellers towards providing the best in educational technologies and government solutions to this region through ITG’s EduWave® and WaveGRP® products.”
This MOU also covers collaboration with Malaysia’s Pernec Corporation as a reseller of ITG’s products in Malaysia. Through this collaboration, Pernec will also provide sales and after sales support services including software customization and system integration to customers in Malaysia. Towards this end, Pernec’s Managing Director Shaharom Md. Shariff said: “We believe the combination of our capabilities, skills, and expertise will endeavor us to reach for greater heights in implementing effective, reliable, and proven educational solutions and services to the Malaysian market.”
It is also worth noting that ITG has officially launched its “ITG America” division last month, which will in turn handle its business in the American markets.
